Jeff Lake brings over 16 years of aviation experience specializing in advanced flight instruction and pilot development. As a Senior Flight Instructor, he is responsible for mentoring pilots across all skill levels, focusing on advanced maneuvers, emergency procedures, and operational decision-making. Jeff’s expertise consistently ensures that pilots gain the confidence, precision, and judgment required for safe and efficient operations.

Professional Background & Career
Jeff began his career as a commercial pilot flying regional and corporate routes, where he developed extensive experience in single- and multi-crew operations. He transitioned into flight instruction early on, training pilots on both light and midsize jets. Prior to joining the company, he served as Lead Flight Instructor at a major business aviation operator, creating advanced training programs, recurrent proficiency drills, and scenario-based instruction for pilots preparing for type ratings and high-pressure operations.
His career has also included work with flight operations teams to standardize procedures, implement safety protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance across all training programs.
Flight Experience
Jeff holds a Commercial Pilot License and has logged over 2,400 flight hours across aircraft such as the Citation XLS, Phenom 300, and Gulfstream G280. His extensive in-flight experience, combined with his training expertise, allows him to provide pilots with practical, real-world knowledge and confidence under a variety of operational conditions.
