Professional Background & Career

Emily began her career as a flight instructor and quickly discovered her passion for simulator-based training. She has worked with a wide range of advanced simulators, from light jet trainers to full-motion business jet simulators, creating training programs that combine technical accuracy with practical realism.

Before joining the company, Emily served as Lead Simulator Instructor at a major corporate flight training center, where she developed recurrent training programs, emergency procedure drills, and type-specific certification courses. She has collaborated closely with pilots, flight operations teams, and maintenance staff to ensure that simulator programs replicate real-world conditions with high fidelity.

Flight Experience

Emily holds a Commercial Pilot License and has logged over 550 flight hours, primarily on light and midsize jets such as the Phenom 300 and Citation XLS.
