With more than 22 years of experience in global aviation management, James Carter leads the company with a strategic vision focused on safety, innovation, and exceptional passenger experience. Before joining the executive board, he built a distinguished career in commercial airline operations, corporate aviation leadership, and international fleet development.
Professional Background & Career
Previously served as Vice President of Fleet Operations for a major European charter airline, overseeing aircraft acquisition, maintenance programs, and international route growth.
Former Director of Corporate Aviation Services at a Fortune 500 company, managing global executive travel and aircraft operations.
Experienced with private and commercial fleets, including business jets, turboprop charters, and transatlantic operations.
Has personally overseen the launch of 14 new international routes and the introduction of multiple aircraft types into active service.
Flight Experience
Although he now works at the executive level, James began his aviation career in the cockpit. Over the years, he has accumulated more than 1,850 flight hours on light and midsize business jets, gaining operational familiarity with aircraft such as the Citation XLS, Phenom 300, Gulfstream G280, and Learjet 75. His early work as a flight operations coordinator and safety liaison provided valuable insight into crew procedures, regulatory standards, and passenger expectations—experience that continues to shape his leadership approach today.
