She later joined a European charter provider as an operations manager, leading a team responsible for aircraft dispatch, weather monitoring, crew rest management, and real-time flight tracking.

Before stepping into her current role, she served as Head of Operations Planning for a long-range charter fleet, where she implemented digital dispatch systems, reduced turnaround times, and expanded partnerships with global handling agents and FBOs.

Flight Experience
